About Brandyn

Professional Background

Brandyn Iverson currently serves as Chief Operating Officer and U.S. Corporate Counsel of an owner/operator of commercial real estate projects. Most of the properties are apartments or townhomes and have some element of affordable housing, whether built entirely as workforce housing or including below market rate units as part of a larger multifamily building.

Prior to her work at Second Street Fund, Brandyn spent almost fifteen years as CFO and General Counsel in her family’s real estate development business doing luxury resort and community projects. Criswell Radovan’s projects include Calistoga Ranch in Napa Valley, CA; Museum Tower in Dallas, TX; and Aetna Springs in Napa Valley, CA. Brandyn was instrumental in securing the equity and debt financing for these projects, as well as creating the legal structures, providing the financial management of each project, and providing oversight for the sales and marketing teams. Brandyn also acted as interim CFO for developers in senior housing and retail/entertainment.
